Cihan John Gunduz obtained his B.S. in 1998 from Balikesir University, his M.S. in 2001 and PhD in organic chemistry in 2009 from Marmara University in Istanbul, Turkey. He joined Pace University as an adjunct professor in January, 2018 and appointed as a Lecturer in September 2020. His research interests include synthesis, cation bonding and fluorescence properties of crown ethers.
